Hello! I've just seen a message from July informing me of my achievement of my gold award. I'm based in the UK and unfortunately cannot access the Imgur link I was sent to view/download the award or whatever. I was wondering if there was anything that could solve this issue? Thankyou☺️

Hi..there is something wrong with the inbox/messages function because only TODAY ( 14 August 2026) am I getting a notification from the communications team about the ambassador program I signed up for. The message was sent on 15 June 2026. The opportunity passed me and I'm devastated. 
          
          

Recently, upon logging into my account, I noticed a message at the top of the screen saying: "Check out the latest guidelines to continue sharing stories safely."
          ​I would like to confirm whether this notification refers to a new update to the guidelines implemented now in 2026, or if it simply refers to the guidelines that were previously released.

I do not use any other platforms, but a mirror website named Teenfic.net has scraped and stolen my entire profile and book without my permission. Could you please guide me on how to report this copyright infringement to the official Wattpad support team so they can take legal action against this site? Thank you."

The Wattpad India, top 10 feature is on hang. It has been showing the same books in the same order for the past 4 days. 
          
          Taking away the chance of underrated books which is getting hype to be rank upon the same. 
          
          Kindly fix the issue at earliest and also a feedback to kindly bring back the feature where the top 10 section used to get updated in every 6 hours.
