Wattpad Ambassadors

Hello, I hope everyone is having a pleasant day.
          
          I'm planning on publishing my work and a couple of chapters here. Before I can do that, I wanted to request for a bit of advice regarding a story's copyright under a pen name or pseudonym. I'm not planning to use my legal name in this platform since I would like to stay private, however I'm not certain if the usage of my pen name cancels out the copyright.
          
          I'm sorry if this seems very obvious to everyone at first. I tend to overthink and get worried easily, so I would like to know.

Hello,
          I’m contacting you as a Wattpad Ambassador because I urgently need help with a serious issue.
          
          My story, published several years ago, was completely deleted without any prior warning. I was informed it violated Wattpad’s rules, yet many stories with far more extreme content remain available on the platform. My story is now gone entirely — not public, not in drafts, not accessible to me in any form.
          
          I have already contacted Wattpad Support, but what I am asking for is at least access to my own work, even privately as a text file or script. This story is my creative work, had significant success, and represents my intellectual property.
          
          For context, I am a writer from Slovakia, and losing access to my work without warning has been extremely upsetting.
          
          If you could help escalate this issue or advise me on any way to recover my story, I would be deeply grateful.
