Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us about this and sorry to hear you’re facing troubles with saving your progress on wattpad. If you are writing by using the app, have you tried updating your wattpad app to the latest version? If you’re using the web, have you tried different browsers to see if one of them works better? Please also make sure you’re connected to a WiFi network. I would also suggest always having a backup of your work saved somewhere so that you don’t have to go through rewriting everything all over again.  :)
            Please try these few ideas and if it’s still not working, kindly let us know!

            ​Actually, Wattpad doesn't allow two different accounts to be linked to the exact same email address. It's possible that one account was created via a social login (like Google or Facebook) and the other with email/password.
            
            ​To solve this, I suggest you try logging in by entering your Username instead of your email in the login field. This will force the system to recognize the specific account you want to access.
            
            ​If you still can't get in, you might need to try the "Forgot Password" link using that specific username to see which email it's actually tied to.
