My name is Amber and I have lived in Oklahoma my entire life. I am currently 25 years old and work as a Direct Care Professional assisting the developmentally disabled. I live with Eric, my boyfriend of three years, our roommate Taylor, and our three furry children: Two cats named Samara and Coraline, and a dog named Vegeta Junior. I have been a bookworm since I learned to read. There were a few poems I have written that were published while in High School, but they were more of a place to vent. I am in my first attempt at writing anything substantial, a story called Tiger Island. I have always been slow to share my work due to insecurities, so this is a new experience for me.
