I need inspiration.
          	
          	After rereading the whole DxD series, all I can say is the Khaos Brigade villains are a joke. 
          	
          	I mean, I feel like they can do much better than that. But I don't know which direction I should take.
          	
          	Should I make Ophis the main villain? Cao Cao is Mao's support ally?
          	
          	And if you have an idea, please tell me, I'm all ears.

I’d say you could make Ophis the main villain because if I remember correctly they didn’t really do anything with her  (idk about the manga) she was just this powerful being in charge of the Khaos Brigade
