Uuh HELLO!! It has been a long time since I’ve been here, and I’m so sorry that I pretty much disappeared of the face of the earth.
          Surprise, I’m not dead! And I’m going to start being active here again. But I am going to be making some changes first :)
          Releasing chapter-by-chapter updates for Lightning’s Duty eventually killed my motivation to work on the story. I found that I was writing for the votes and comments rather than for my own enjoyment, and comparing my story to others far more than I should have done. Eventually, that meant that I wasn’t writing at all. 
          So I’m going to be taking Lightning’s Duty off of public view. After I have finished writing and editing the story, I will bring it back, releasing chapters on a proper schedule. I can’t say for sure when this will be, and won’t be giving any estimations as of yet. But I will be giving updates every now-and-then, and will start to do R4Rs and just being more active on the site again. 
          I will also be giving Smokestar’s Clan a few improvements at somepoint. I will be altering the story somewhat to improve both it and Lightning’s Duty, and adding more content to the ending.
          I will also be updating my profile and cover art!!

@Amberl3af   omg I was doing that so much too. when I didn't get comments i'd just...not write. so I kinda just took a break and eventually I usually get back on track. however I do think posting your stories on Wattpad can kill your motivation a lot when your not getting a whole bunch of comments and stuff...i've been there. you're doing amazing!! so excited to read it all!! (:

@Amberl3af lowk the reason u lost motivation is so relatable. I’ve actually made a new account because I just wanted to start over. I’ve been like silent on my acc for so long. Hopefully I’ll start writing again. Maybe sometime soon I’ll also read your stories.
