What do you do when you have all these ideas, but writer's block wont allow you to write?

Looking for a cowriter. Have many ideas, but none come out on paper. Anyone want to help?

It sucks when you have a name for your novel and the entire story in your head,  but don't know how to put it in words. Or you try to put it in words, but when you read it, it doesn't sound like what you have in mind. SOMEONE HELP!!
