Minho is di*d, hugging Jisung's gravestone after he left five months after surgery. 6 months after Han left, they were together (they met in the afterlife). When he arrives “home” in the previous chapter and he tells Jisung “it's cold”, its because he died while it was snowing and was buried in the snow(Chan found his body in the epilogue)

@Aminaelbangtan ahahah I think it was better than imagining that after the 3rd surgery he would be fine, since his heart had been weak since he was young, or that Jisung would die and Minho would be left alone. It was too sad, but at least they were together in the next life T__T
