The woman thought that the day was going to be a normal one, this however, was far from normal. She had been making her rounds, checking her traps and snares she had set up for the animals of the forest, she never realized that she’d catch a Saxon. “Normally, these traps are meant for animals, other than you.” She stood on a little rise not far from the man, but facing his back so that he could not see her. She crouched down and observed him, the hanging man. “What is likes of you running through this wood anyway? Your kind doesn’t seem to venture this far out this way.” She spoke in a bored and careless tone, almost as if she was already tired of talking to him even though she just started.
