Just watched the new PJO Disney+ series. Huge letdown but let’s be honest, not really all that surprising seeing how far Uncle Rick has fallen from his glory days. Hopefully we’ll get an actual good adaptation in animation sometime within the next decade.

@AnaklusmosX People kept saying "You should watch it" "It's so good" "Watch it" and I said nope. I have childhood trauma from that absolute dumpster fire of two movies, and I refused to watch it, I'm glad I did.

the series is a letdown but not really sucky or trash, just mid. It just had much more potential that it couldn't meet. I've met a lot of exaggerations tho like the movie was better than the show, like there's at least 70 issues with the movie
