Hello everyone
          
          I know I have been AWOL for quite some time. Life had been tough the last couple of years. I lost my father, a toxic relationship,a broken engagement, had taken a toll on me. Add the very demanding pediatric residency to the mix, I was shattered. 
          
          If you ask me if I have abandoned the story, intentionally no. But I did not think about it. Not really.
          
          It took some time to heal. And it took a message from one of the readers about rereading the book. 
          
          Sometimes the people close to you break you, crush your confidence. Sometimes strangers can help you rediscover your worth. The readers of THE BRIDES have been that to me. You have helped me in my darkest times, and appreciate it. 
          
          The only way I could repay your kindness is by seeing the story through. I intend to do it.
          
          That said, it took some time to understand my own characters. The story may not carry the same essence as before. Bare with me as I get back to my own story
