I need a favour from any of you. I'm trying to write a subplot of a series I am writing. However, the climax of this subplot is angering me beyond compare. I want it to tie into the main story but I'm not sure how I will be able to. PM me and I'll explain in more detail.

Antonio Inoki, famous Japanese wrestling legend, has died. Inoki is credited for NJPW, one of the best pro wrestling companies in the the world. He is also known for his role in getting WCW and New Japan into North Korea for a special event to hopefully gain some diplomatic ties in the Hermit Kingdom. RIP Antonio, thank you for the best wrestling in the world.

Queen Elizabeth II was an inspiration to us all. She showed us (in tremendous fashion) how to stay strong through the hard times. From facing the backlash of Princess Diana's death, to addressing the allegations of Prince Andrew's connection with Jeffrey Epstein, surviving Covid at her age and remaining tough after the death of her husband Prince Philip, Her Majesty will be missed but also remembered and honoured.

So just a little wrestling rant:
          
          G1 Finals took place this morning and it was between Will Ospreay and Kazuchika Okada. All year, Ospreay has been building momentum for G1, making us believe he was going to be the winner. He has done everything there is to do in NJPW, IWGP World, Jr., and US Heavyweight titles, New Japan Cup winner, 20 (Maybe 21 soon) 5 star matches! He's not even 30, he's 29. If he won G1, that would earn him Titan status in pro wrestling. Accomplishing everything there is to accomplish in - arguably - the greatest pro wrestling company there ever has been before he's 30 years old. But no, NJPW is too scared to put Ospreay that high of status. Okada has won it enough times, and now we are most likely going to have to sit through yet another Okada/Naito bout, and another Okada world title reign. I just don't understand pro wrestling sometimes and the decisions owners make, especially when a company as pristine as New Japan. 
          
          Pro wrestling really is shit sometimes.

So, I can't say that I am necessarily upset or devastated by the news, but Vince McMahon is the reason I love pro wrestling. He changed the game 30 years ago and the impact is still known today. I am looking forward to what Stephanie and Nick Khan will do now that Vince is retired, mainly hoping that NXT will return to black and gold.

New theme is hinting at what I'm about to do next. If you know what I'm talking about, don't say anything.

New story is up. Note: This is a working title and a working cover. I just want to get the story published. Chapter 2 is done and will be up tomorrow roughly around 9 A.M. EST. I want to get this finished so I can start my very last wrestling book (I know I have said this before but this time is more serious than death). I hope at least some of you read the backgrounds I asked you to read. I really hope you guys don't get confused. If this gets to a point where it doesn't gain much interest, I'll delete it and move on. Just know I have been working on this since I finished my Twilight fic and I have been working hard.
