@Anastasia_Maximoff (extention of the story idea) However Peter isn’t the only one who has to deal with an enemy as Agatha Harkness returns from Westview to get her revenge on Wanda Maximoff for trapping her as Agnes the nosy neighbor after she tried to take Wanda’s power for he own. 
          	  
          	  
          	  As for how Peter got the power to transform he could be either get it from a laboratory accident or in a heist against any remaining Hydra agents or be cursed by Agatha Harkness as a way to get even with Wanda by attempting to make him a ferocious beast. 
          	  
          	  I don’t know if this would interest you or not but I thought this would be something that might be original to you. As for the new rival he would be born in the UK and grew up in Canada who has a record in the army similar to that of Blonsky’s but would be a much higher ranking soldier named Gustavo Hargenson  but you could also come up with a character name your own that sounds much better to you.

OMG, OMG, OMG, okie. So I've been absent for like forever and I'm soooooo incredibly sorry. If your mad, pls don't fight me :). I've decided that I'm going to unpublish Peter Stark, maybe write another oneshot, and edit chapter of Peter Stark a little and write chapter two.
