          My pacing in reading and doing smashes will continue to be relatively slow, but I am not forgetting nor ignoring anyone's wish to be smashed. I am just busy or sick a lot lately. I learned I have minear's disease, which causes tinnitus, vertigo, and nausea, and vertigo right now is the worst part. It is almost crippling me. So I am seeing doctors and trying to get a path forward with this condition.
