          Had a hard time picking my OC's name because I wanted it to fit with the character soo bad. Not gonna lie, the other names I had in mind were Robin, Riley, Maxine and Billy because I wanted something neutral—you'll know why later.

          I'm working on a new fic now! Lynn Loud Jr × OC again because why not? And it will be an enemy/rival to lover and I'm so excited about it. I've got all the plot, but I still have to choose between a couple first names and find a last name (I hate that).

The pacing in this scene like the buildup before the kiss feels really deliberate. How do you decide when to slow down for detail versus moving the story forward?
