What is "RJ Academy"? 
RJ Academy is a training center for RJs and where mission reports happen.
It is the center of all things RJ.

What are "RJs"?
RJs (aka Realm Jumpers) are people who go into different stories (like Star Wars or Avengers) and save them from "The Gunk."

What is "The Gunk"?
The Gunk is the enemy of RJs, it seeks to destroy those same stories utterly and completely. The Gunk also can trap an RJ in a messed up story if it successfully destroys the storyline and an RJ is inside.

RJ Ranks (low to high) 
(Normal age)
Beginner (9 to 12 years)
Intermediate (12 to 16 years)
Advanced (16 to 21 years)
Grad (21+ years)
Elite (30ish)
Retirement (55+)

Other Info
RJs start having minor missions once they are Intermediate rank.
As of graduation major missions are required to be done occasionally (once every 2 years) until retirement. If failure to comply, 3 times RJ becomes considered an "Adrift" until further notice. Minumum 25 years of service until retirement. 

The Adrift
The Adrift are RJs who for some reason or another dissappear on the Academy, and don't go on missions but are still apparently alive somewhere.

Fallen RJs
If a RJ does things that progress the Gunk faster and doesn't try to counter it, (especially more than once) the RJ is considered "Fallen" and the RJ earpiece, pin and supplies are destroyed and/or given to others.
