I'm now retired, with 'plenty' of time on my hands to procrastinate more efficiently.



Ex-Navy (Technician) spending more time at home in Melbourne with the family, and to continue the onerous task of writing epic fantasy and scifi (speculative fiction).



When I'm not writing, I run 'a bit' -in 2017  I ran 3700kms across Australia, solo, from Melbourne to Darwin to raise funds for charity. (In 2019 I ran another 5,500kms solo  across Australia!)

 

My preference for writing is 'speculative fiction'.

I love the concept of future earth society, time travel, aliens ... and a touch of mythology.



I'm as happy wading through dungeons knee-deep in monsters, as riding wyverns with a shape-shifter companion, or running down dark alleys, looking for my next wet-wiring while dodging laser-fire from private security neanderthals.





City of Bridges, part of the 'All in Good Time' Chronicles is loosely based on an RPG I designed a few years ago.



I have several 'works-in-progress' at the moment:

Shadow of the Tower - the Sequel to this work;

The Long Plan - a dystopian world;

as well as several short-stories ...
