Hi! I've been wanting to focus on what I like to call my "Real Writing" for a long time, and now I have a chance to do so -- so I'm doing so! It's a novel titled "A Different Opening." It's a fun, funny, and interesting story (at least, I think so; I hope you will think so too). The title comes from the Planetarium scene with Woody Allen and Diane Keaton in the movie Manhattan. 

I'm about halfway through the story, at this point, and I think it's a good place to start putting it "out there." I will probably post one or two chapters at a time here on Wattpad, once every week or two. Meanwhile, if you're interested, I have posted the first ten chapters in various downloadable file formats on my Facebook project page (www.facebook.com/ADifferentOpening) along with links to this writing project posted on some crowdfunding sites (to generate some help with paying the rent while I work on finishing the book). 

I think the story is a good read. In terms of feedback, the main thing I'd like to hear is that you simply enjoyed reading it and had the feeling that you would like to read more. So: Let me know!
