My name is Andrew. I starting writing short stories when I was around eight years old and it seemed to impress my teachers even in high school when I rewrote some of my older concepts. I have been hoping to start writing again since I haven't found the time ever since I've graduated from high school in California. Now that I have more recently moved to Tacoma, I have been finding more time between my bussing job to finally rewrite many of the story concepts I have had ever since I was a child.
I enjoy fantasy novels, sci-fi, action, adventure, and on occasion have even read horror and romance novels that I have liked (which are much harder in my personal opinion to write). Not to reiterate the millions of people who would like to say "I love all kinds of music" as they blast their pop and rap music from their radios as they mock country music (which I have actually grown to like), but I honestly like a wide variety of music. Rock bands like Rise Against, Disturbed (which is more hard rock), Symphonic Metal bands like Within Temptation (my personal favorite) and Nightwish, Rap songs from artists like Tupac and Foreign Beggars, Full on metal/ melodic death metal bands like Scar Symmetry, Trivium, Metallica, and Amaranthe. Though I do still like some Pop bands like Maroon 5 and Coldplay which are my favorites. And, I've even been listening to dubstep recently, like from Nero, Noisia, Daft Punk, and Celldweller (The Glitch Mob is playing in the background on Pandora while I'm typing this.) Anyway case and point I like music. I hope to capture what I see and feel through my experiences and what I imagine through the world and the media before us to craft something truly unique and beautiful from my head, which I sincerely hope people will come to enjoy.
