I'm Andrew, author of the Magnacodex epic science fantasy novels and half-tales.

I post short works here, including a sample of my highly-rated debut novel, Lords of Deception, which is the core of a nonlinear matrix of novels and short stories about the struggles between assassins and arcanists, the revival of ancient technologies, and political intrigue at a time of collapsing empires.

I typically write doorstoppers, not quick reads, with flavors of science fantasy (think the Final Fantasy series!), epic fantasy, adventure, alternative history, and steampunk. If you like being immersed in a deep world of complex characters, a grand build of cross-continent plots, and technologies that appear earlier in history, my stories are for you. If you like the depth of Tolkien, the swashbuckling adventure of Dumas, and the character struggles of GRRM, give my writing a try.
