Whats more deadly Conquerors Haki or Spiritual Pressure?

@Angbrine spiritual pressure is stronger as it can kill weaker opponents. Where as conquerors haki knocks a target unconscious. On the other hand the latter can be infused into attacks so it goes hand in hand.
