I was born near Brighton in Sussex but moved quite a few times during my childhood and now live in Derbyshire, married with 5 children and 8 grandchildren. My first novel 'Looking for Jamie' was published in 2011. The sequels 'A Dilemma for Jamie'  and 'School for Jamie' soon followed. The fourth book 'Choices for Jamie' is in the final stage of editing and the fifth one is due to be written during 2015 NaNoWriMo. My latest book from Bluewood Publishing is 'Lea Croft', and 2 other books have been written and are being edited. 'Nancie' and 'My book of Silly Poems and Things' were self-published.
I enjoy playing Scrabble, Sudokus, gardening, singing in my church choir, genealogy  and flower arranging. I belong to the Eastwood Writers Group whose encouragement and praise for my work spurs me on to achieve greater heights than I could have imagined before I joined.
