Dwelling on what has already happened restricts growth and clouds perspective, whereas choosing to set it aside creates space for clarity and progress. Once the past is acknowledged and released, focus can be directed toward the future,  not with fear or hesitation, but with intention and purpose. A forward-looking mindset allows one to plan, grow, and move with direction rather than remain anchored to what cannot be changed. This shift is sustained through positive thinking, which shapes how challenges and opportunities are interpreted. A positive mindset does not deny difficulty, it reframes experience in a way that encourages resilience, growth, and possibility. Together, releasing the past, focusing on the future, and maintaining constructive thought form the first essential structure upon which a better life is built.

          Through life's darkest night, it shines like day

In a world that forgot how to be kind,
          they smiled.
          Not because life was gentle,
          but because their heart was.
          
          The body weakened,
          but the soul refused to kneel.
          While others broke under storms,
          they bloomed quietly in the rain.
          
          People called them fragile,
          yet they carried light in their pain,
          and proved that even the sick
          can heal the world with a smile

Some walk on roads of silver light,
          while others stumble through the night.
          Not for lack of strength or will,
          but walls of silence standing still.
          
          A voice unheard, a dream delayed,
          the world unevenly portrayed.
          Yet seeds of change can break the ground,
          when hope is shared, and hearts are found.

          whether light as dawn

          each shade is a verse of beauty.

          the moon is round,

          true wealth is the kindness
          you leave behind.
          
          For acceptance is strength,
          and love is freedom.
          Whoever you are,
          whatever you hold,
          you are enough

Roots once whispered in shadows deep,
          Dreams lay hidden, lulled to sleep.
          Rain carved strength through tender skin,
          Sunlight called the bloom within.
          Each scar a map of where I’ve been,
          Yet here I rise, reborn again.
          

Beneath each scar, a seed will grow,
