Hey there!
My name is Angela, but my friends call me Angel. I currently work full time in public education while also working a part time retail job and continuing to go to college. I have amazing friends, family, and a partner who all keep me motivated while I try to navigate through it all. 

My biggest hobbies include reading, writing, painting, and studying (for myself and to better help the students I work with). 
My favorite genres to read are young-adult romance, queer literature, and academic literature and research - particularly anything pertaining to the social sciences.
My favorite genre to write is queer literature - from self-discovery to romance, I love creating characters that feel real and authentic within their experiences; I often work to create characters that I feel would have helped me with my the discovery of my own queer identity. 

I am excited to finally start sharing my works and ideas. I'm open to all critiques and criticisms!
