@AngeryCloud this now makes me wonder how my readers feel (I have books I haven’t updated in over a year)

was dumping my manga's lore on my friend and she suddenly went "go read bungo stray dogs. the lore is complicated like your manga's"
then proceeded to dump the authors' info cuz i said ill read it after i have info on the authors to make it more interesting-
and then i was like OH MY GOD OH MY GOD RUSSIAN MAN MENTIONED DOSTOEVSKY MENTIONED I LOVE HIM
and i just read a poem of Edgar Allen Poe in class today (literally today) it was The Raven and it was aye i guess.
Then she despawned.
I'm glad my lore is on the "complicated" side at least.
I didnt even get to tell her about how kokuyoseki's soul keeps detatching from his body and falling down to Kazuko's hell or how Kame is a cannibal.... :sob:

I hear a lot about bsd but what’s it about? I think that art is pretty and the characters look cool, just need some context

@AngeryCloud LMAO— tho tbh maybe we do, Hoyo seems to almost always notice characters need to be taken out of the basement when the fans do that

@AngeryCloud He was talking to a character that was dead and the guy said "I'm coming home" and the ai was like "Pls do" so the guy committed bcz that's what he meant by "I'm coming home"
Story time: A couple years back, I had horrible self esteem, and the fact I just moved countries did not help. So, my brother, being the average the weeknd fan he is, started giving me tips as to how I should gaslight myself to believe I'm the best.
Uh. Yeah. That did wonders for my self esteem. I'm now myself's therapist.
@Kinichmyman just start telling yourself that you're the best/amazing (whether you like it or not) until you believe it (force it onto yourself) and soon, (it happened quickly to me ngl) you'll genuinely start believing it

Life's been shit. I've been in school for 2 weeks now, and gosh, I hate myself. Everyone has already begun going out with each others, people already close friends with each other, everyone has a friend, but I still am sitting alone and trying to make friends with anyone. God I tried everything, every trick in the book, I'm losing it, I can't make a friend there. This is my fourth school, but I wish every single day that I never had to leave my third. I feel pathetic saying I peaked in 9th grade. I just can't do this anymore, i cant even bring myself to write a single line everyday in the story at least. im just tired
@AngeryCloud I totally understand that feeling, actually. Sometimes the world feels like it’s useless and like nothing will ever improve. I know that you may feel terrible right now and that really sucks… But it WILL get better. I hope life gets better for you soon, and don’t let the pressure get you down too much!! I’m always here if you need me :3!

@AngeryCloud Take a break from the internet, and focus on yourself first then other people, love yourself, so you can share that love. Take it easy and slow, you'll find friends, take it easy.
