Been trying to calm my friend who lives in Texas down. Hes freaking out about Hurricane Harvey and I'm trying to convince him to save his phone battery for an emergency. Streets near him are flooded. Electricity is out. Hes using up his data to speak with me. Hes been crying because his grandmother lives in the danger zone and some higher up dude said 'those in the danger zone who refuse to evacuate should write their social security number on their arm so your body can be identified'
