@AnicaAbaba Thank you for following me! I am following you back. There are some things in my novel The Fabricator about the Philippines. One is in episode 46. If you get a chance to read this episode perhaps you would tell me what you think? Then perhaps you will read more? I was told about the incident in episode 46 by a catholic priest who was sent to the Philippines to work in the 1960s. He remarked to me about the remarkable hospitality of the Filipino people and how the culture of many of those great people is so different to ours (the Irish). The Filipinos and the Irish have a lot in common however, what with poverty and exploitation. While my book is set in Ireland I tried to make it apply worldwide.
