Today my pet Spot, a spotted gecko,  died at the ripe age of 16, 3 years after he was expected to. While I miss him, I'm glad god put him out of his misery. I'm happy to say he died peacefully in his sleep. It hurts knowing that I've had him for 5 years, but I'm glad he moved on. This made me fully understand that nothing can be there forever, so I would like to say thanks for being here for me. 

Should I write a new story? I have some other drafts that never made the mentality cut, so should I post them?
