Not really sure what to say about myself...I'm originally from Italy, I've been to the USA for a short period of time in the past and, therefore, am fluent in both Italian and English. I'm trying to learn Japanese in uni and I should be able to graduate sometime next year. As you've probably guessed by my major, I have an interest in anything japanese...from the culture to the people to manga and anime (Both amazing inventions and yes, there's a difference).
Moving on from my incredibly boring attempt to describe myself in a few words, let's talk about why I decided to make an account on Wattpad. Well, obviously I like books (duh) and, more specifically, love stories...they've been a passion of mine since I read my first romance novel in middle school (Twilight. Please don't judge. I was 12) and from that point on I haven't been able to stop. I like sappy, clichè love stories, young adult novels, paranormal love stories...anything really. As long as it's well written and worth reading and the characters don't bore me to death after the first chapter, I'm pretty open minded :) Romance is my favorite genre but that doesn't mean I don't read anything else...I just tend to judge a book by its cover a little too quickly when it comes to something other than a love story. Sad, I know.
I'm probably going to be reading and commenting most of the time as opposed to writing an actual story of my own. Don't get me wrong, I've always wanted to, but I feel like my writing and creative skills wouldn't be enough to create a story worth reading...and besides, I wouldn't even know which language to write it in. I'll have to give it a bit more thought.
Until then, I plan on enjoying every minute spent reading the books you people have written, which will be nothing short of wonderful, I'm sure. Or at least most of them will be.
I won't be too harsh with my comments, I promise. Just honest and straightforward...How can you get better otherwise? ;)
Happy Reading to me :D
