So I got some news.
          	
          	After waiting a week due to my state's state-at-home advisory, I received a call from my boss and HR...saying that I'll be laid off as of tomorrow.
          	
          	I am both sad (because even though I knew it might happen, I was not prepared for it) and frustrated/annoyed.  Not at my company, they regretted having to let me go, but at people in general.  I mean, we try to enforce social distancing and stay-at-home advisory.  But there are still people who go "Hey, I'm gonna go outside and touch everything and speak to everyone because I'm a FUCKING ASSHOLE!!!"
          	
          	In any case, I am going to try to apply for unemployment and sign up for that stimulus check...which should come in about 4 months at this rate.
          	
          	I'm sorry if I will not be chatty or writing anything for the next few days or weeks to come.
