I’m bored and can’t draw so I figure I’d post an oc ideas here for artists to use . My first one is from one piece
          Name: Cutter D Arc
          Home Sea: the West blue
          Physical description: 6’5” farmers build with a boyish face, messy dark brown hair and slightly pointed teeth due to devil fruit. He was blinded at a young age  by celestial dragons because he said one had an ugly face, and covers his eyes and the scars with a ratty cloth. He wears a simple linen shirt and board shorts, though often refuses shoes
          Devil fruit: Snake-Snake fruit: ancient model; Titanaboa; let’s the user turn into a massive serpent large enough to entangle a giant or a smaller snake human hybrid( 25ft long at max). Can see in infared even tho blind, heighten regeneration 
          Weapon: a Chinese Dao sword kept hidden in his cane
          Personality: a Willy Wonka like sense of whimsy, taking joy in playing jokes and eating good food, however due to his past will not hesitate to show an almost animalistic malice to those who deserve it
          Trivia: is the only male other than Luffy allowed on Amazon lily due to being blind,Demi romantic Demi sexual, and his title as Dragon slayer( he sunk a celestial dragon ship, freed the slaves and left the royals to drown)
