Sorry for responding this late, I was having internet issues.

First, think of the genre you would me interested in and most comfortable writing about, whether it is romance, suspense or just about anything. Think about the type of audience you wish to write for; whether mature, or teens. Think about the type of relationship and most importantly what you would like the book to be about and just go from there.
