Live life the way you choose, nobody can make your choices for you, so stand by them and take responsibility for your actions. Never let anyone abuse you in any way, defend yourself at all costs and always believe in who you are. Keep your eyes and ears open, and your mouth shut. Listen to others ideas, concepts, advice- keep an open mind and analyze what they are saying and then you decide what you want to do with that information.
