Does anyone know any good book clubs? (Looking for recommendations)

It honestly scares me to see how many ninth graders are already struggling with eating disorders and serious mental health problems. Freshman year is supposed to be about adjusting to high school, making friends, and figuring out who you are — not fighting battles with food, body image, anxiety, or depression. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, teen girls have reported record levels of sadness and hopelessness in recent years, and many teens say they seriously considered suicide. The National Institute of Mental Health also reports that about 1 in 5 adolescents experiences a serious mental health disorder each year. Research published in the Journal of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, using data from the ABCD Study, has even found diagnosable eating disorders in children as young as 9 and 10. That means some students are walking into high school already carrying years of silent struggle. From where I stand, that’s heartbreaking and concerning, because these problems can affect their health, confidence, relationships, and future if they don’t get help early.
          We need to talk about this more. We need better awareness and communication.

Okay so I know my updating schedule is horribly inconsistent but I just wanted to let you know that I haven’t actually started chapter twelve but I do plan to release it this week. Hopefully the latest being Saturday.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to gain traction for a book? I would love to get more reviews and comments but I have no idea how to advertise.
          If anyone has any tips or recommendations please let me know!
