          Permanent happiness comes from your choosing to be permanently happy. When you choose happiness, then you attract all happy things.

          If you feel depressed, it's okay to talk about it. If you feel anxious, it's okay to talk about it. If you feel lonely, it's okay to talk about it. If you are struggling with any mental health problems, it's okay to talk about it
          
          Every day we have plenty of opportunities to get angry, stressed, or offended. But what you're doing when you indulge the negative emotions is giving something outside yourself power over your happiness. You can choose to not let little things upset you.

          You deserve to rest. Even if only for a moment. Put down the weight you're carrying. Let go of the need to keep it all together. Take off your warrior mask. For this moment, now... Just breathe.
          
          
          
          Reset, restart, and refocus. But don't you dare give up on your dreams.
          
          Sometimes it takes an overwhelming breakdown to have an undeniable breakthrough. 
          
          One smile can start a friendship. One word can end a fight. One look can save a relationship. One person can change your whole life. ❤️‍
          There is nothing more important to true growth than realizing that you are not the voice of the mind - you are the one who hears it.
          
           
          That is why, despite all the storms made of pain and loss, despite all the chaos that you have had to endure you are still here and you are still going strong
          
          Don't try to be perfect. Just try to be better than you were yesterday. 
          
          Don't stop until you're proud. 
          
          Tomorrow is not promised and the past cannot be changed therefore live each day to the fullest and know that every new day is a blessing.
          
          
          
          Take life day by day and be grateful for the little things. Don't get caught up in what you can't control accept it and make the best of it. ❤️‍
