Well, new development. Apparently Wattpad had nothing to do with the removal of the stories on Kayla Passlow's (Kayz94) account. I received a message from Wattpad this morning that they checked her account and the stories were gone, so they took no action.
I guess lesson learned. If this happens again, take a screenshot of the items in question.
Well, Wattpad has removed all 9 of Kayla Passlow's (Kayz94) "stories." Surprisingly though, they have left her account in place.
Thank you for the messages of support and for others who notified Wattpad about the issue. Hopefully if we watch out for each other, this can be minimized.
I was just notified that my story, The Cowboy Way, has been completely, 100%, word for word copied by Kayz94 (https://www.wattpad.com/search/kayz94) on Wattpad. Pass on the word that Kayz94 aka Kayla Passlow, is dishonorable and a cheat! Also, THANK YOU to Nani Leonardo on Fanfiction.net who sent me a message about this. She deserves all of the credit for noticing the issue. I have filed the form with Wattpad to have the story removed, but remember to watch out for Kayz94. If you go through her messages, apparently she likes to steal stories so this isn't new. I don't know why Wattpad is allowing this continue.

@FarAwayFromReality- Glad you found me. I do list my AO3 and Wattpad accounts on my FanFiction profile, but it isn't something that you would normally look for.
