          I set the story in Liberia where I served as a Peace Corps teacher at Holy Cross Mission in Bolahun, Liberia. 
          
          So my experience in Africa is woven into the narrative,  and some real people inspired some of my characters. 
          
          I'm pleased that a Filipina likes my work.
          
          I sincerely hope that your experience here on Wattpad has been awesome and will continue to be.
