Hi everyone! 
          	
          	I know it's been awhile, and I'm sure most of you know, but since my move and new job I've been very swamped, but updates are coming very soon and The Royal Scandal is at the top of my list! 
          	
          	I'm spending this week drafting everything and then I will get to writing as soon as I have the layout mapped out. I just wanted to assure everyone that nothing has been abandoned or given up on nor will it ever be.

@Antoinette_II absolutely, I hate knowing what I wanna do bur not know how to get there. Take you time, it’ll be much more rewarding for everyone involved, both you and the reader, if it’s planned properly and not all over the place. 
          	  Plus real life comes first, enjoy time with your grandparents!

@simpforunitchiefs Yes! I'm still drafting and sorting so probably no update today ( plus my grandparents just got into town for the week) but I'd rather delay another week and get everything sorted and plotted properly so I can more consistently update in the future. 
          	  
          	  I think what was holding me back these last few months is that I did run out of planned material so even though I knew where I wanted to go I didn't know how to get there. With an actual outline and everything properly connected I'll have a much easier time because I won't have to worry about quality. And I never want to put out anything that's less than stellar.

@Antoinette_II I love romance stories that are more than romance! Don’t get me wrong and love a cheeky little love story but I adore when it actually has something to say other than ‘girl loves boy, boy loves girl and they love happy ever after’. 
            I also happen to really really like rich people scandal (which was what drew me in to the show in the first place)

@simpforunitchiefs Interesting, Robert is honestly a very intriguing character. I love all of them (well mostly all of them, I can't stand Thomas either lol and don't get everyone's hyper fixation) My Violent Delights is definitely a romance between Madeline and Tom, but it's also... More? It's a deep exploration of girls during that time and the lengths they would go, and how no daughter really ever turned out the same. It focuses a lot on the sisters, but their parents also have a really big part to play. Expectations and treatment send each one in a slightly different direction despite how much all of them are loved. So I guess it's really a story about a family with a lot of scandal added in. My goal is to take everything Downton did and push it further in any way I can.

@Antoinette_II I genuinely can’t wait, whenever I watch the show I’m more inclined to focus on Robert (don’t ask my why I don’t really know, maybe I just really like Hugh) but I’ve been dying to find a downton book that’s not Thomas (I know he gets a redemption but if that man has no haters I’m dead)

@simpforunitchiefs It's really bad tendonitis. I should've stopped dancing once it flared up but I didn't want to risk my new job or looking like a wimp so I pushed on through six hours days for a week and a half. And now it is severely overworked and bruised
