Inside out 2 has been such a comfort movie for me. I struggle with really bad anxiety, and I’ve been having panic attacks daily due to my mom being on chemo, my step mom’s abuse, and some more stuff. I think the movies the only thing that’s been able to calm me down other than Xanax
