Should I take down my vacation chapter there is a reason they are in California but people don't seem to like it. I may take down the chapter and switch it to something else- :/

I really wanna make a discord server and get to know my followers it will be a very open and welcome discord chat with chatrooms for art, and writing, roleplay, character designs ya know all that good stuff. 
          Is it a good idea? Would you wanna join?
