Hello! Thank you for adding one of my stories to your reading list! I greatly appreciate it, and I hope you enjoy! :)

My mom had a super serious car accident on Jan 31st at like 3am. So on top of her being one point off from legally blind now, with SEVERE brain damage, I lost my job on June 1st.
          
          I've been trying to find a new one ever since, I've had several interviews, but no dice. I lost the job because i was so stressed about my mom that i did a major no-no (No, I will not be saying what I did) on the clock and was let go. At this point I've applied to nearly every job in my small town (my graduating class was about 115 people), and I've applied to several jobs in the surrounding area.
          
          It's been months now, and I've officially cleaned out my savings to keep my mom and I afloat. We'd be homeless right now if the house we rent didn't belong to my grandparents.
          
          And now, the cherry on top of the shit cake, i will likely be losing my health insurance in the coming weeks because I. HAVE. NO. JOB.

Ok, but seriously, how is Wattpad supposed to be pronounced? Watt like a light bulb, what-pad, or smth entirely different.

I hate that my EX-Best Friend ruined Homestuck for me because I still REALLY REALLY love the characters and the fanfics people write, but I can't look at the characters without thinking about how terrible that "friend" used to treat me.
