          4 - today is a bad day (or a few bad days). You still have the skills to get through it. Use self-care strategies
          5 - your mental health is starting to inpact your everyday life. Easy things are becoming difficult. You should talk to your doctor
          6 - you can't do things the way you usually do them, due to your mental health. Impulsive and compulsive thoughts may be hard to cope with
          
          SEVERE:
          7 - you're avoiding things that make you more distressed, but it'll only make things worse. You should definitely seek help. This is serious.
          8 - you can't hide your struggles anymore. You may have issues sleeping, eating, having fun, socialising and work/study. Your mental health is affecting all parts of your life.
          9 - you're at a critical point. You're aren't functioning anymore. You need urgent help. You may be a risk to yourself or others if left untreated.
          10 - the worst mental and emotional distress possible. You can no longer care for yourself. You can't imagine things getting any worse. Contact a crisis line immediately.

Dear all,
          I'd like to publicly apologize for my offensive comments in Life Of A Little Sister. I was of different way of thinking, back then, literally going by the mindset I've been socialised into. Learning about Feminism has broadened my understanding of females in general. It's horrifying, to me, how old-fashioned my thinking was. I believe that studying Sociology has opened my eyes, on what I thought to be "promiscuous" and "slutty" and "socially unacceptable".
          
          Once again, I apologise for my insolent comments and will be looking to rectify all those inappropriate ones (which might be all of them). I may not agree with all the MC does, but I now realise that it does not mean I get to speak/comment ill of her.

I have final exams, between 22nd May and 12th June so I won't expect to publish many (if any at all) chapters for any of my stories, for this duration.
          Sorry if anyone wanted to read any new chapters as of recent. I have a week long half-term though, so I might publish some this week.
          I'll continue editing and publishing after the 12th of June, though. I'm travelling abroad, to Pakistan somewhere in the first week of July, till the first week of September, so I'll be busy, but I'll still update as much as possible.
