Pilot Apollonyx's relationship with with Artemis is like a sibling bond; As light bantering or small bouts of arguing on the battlefield casually seems to be common. But, just like real siblings would, they protect each other, watch each other's backs, and stop others from 'bullying' the other.

Artemis, due to having Apollonyx constantly upgrading or modding her datacore (They have backups, dont worry) and chassis, she seems to be able to have and understand feelings, as demonstrated by narrowing her eye and glaring at people she doesn't like, and softening that same glare when looking at her pilot and their friends.

Pilot Apollonyx tends to side with the Militia SRS Marauder Corps (M-COR) And the 6-4, due to having the same ideals for freedom.
