I should have been born in December, but because of the Cuban Missile crisis, my mother birthed me in October. They... the doctors, did not expect me to live, but live I did. I was born into an uncertain and scary world. I think that has most certainly had a lasting effect on me. Well, that and the fact that my stolen birthday is so close to Halloween. 

Every birthday party I ever had, was Halloween themed. I'm NOT complaining, mind you, I just think this glorious romp in orange and black may have influenced my young psyche. My first serious crush was Gomez Addams (John Astin), my second crush, as a child of five was Vincent Price. He remains the lost love of my life to this very day. 

I spent many a night waiting for horror movies to come on TV. When I was young, I had to wait, wait, wait for movies to show up on TV. This often involved staying up way past my bedtime. If I was diligent and patient, no matter how sleepy I got, there would be the most incredible movie on TV by Universal, Hammer, AIP, William Castle or some other studio. 

Anyone reading my "Bio" should realize, I was spawned from old school terror. Yes I was, and I endeavor to uphold the tradition of psychological terror.
