So I don't know if anyone else has heard of the story by Hans Christian Anderson called "The Steadfast Tin Soldier" but I have a theory that the Pixar movie Toy Story (just the first one) is loosely based off of the story. So if you get the chance, read the fairy tale, the watch the movie and if you interpreted it the way I did, then your mind will be blown. (PS if you agree with me don't steal my theory, I thought of it first)
