I am now a Married Woman!! I can't believe I'm someone's Mrs. All my life, I imagined myself ending up single, living the Bachelorette life back home in Germany, adopting dogs and starting my own literary book club...
Apparently the Universe had plans for me. I was struggling so much post-covid...finding a new apartment, going through heartbreak, making horrible mistakes, and exploring a whole new language.. I got into a digital design firm for a Japanese publication house...a year later I was sent to Osaka as a translator.
Went out with my roommate to a bar so I could get to know her more. And honestly, that was my best decision ever. I met the love of my life in that little bar. A handsome, Japanese dentist gave me his card and said I can visit him anytime! I was tipsy and I asked for his number... I still remember his stupid and playful smile upon hearing my request.
A week later he texts me and asked me out on a date.
A month later, he asked me to be his girlfriend.
A year and a half later we get engaged and we move in together.
A few months later, he helped me establish my English book café.
We go on a trip to India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.

1st July, 2026, we tied the knot.

We had a small and naturesque wedding in Hakuba with our closest friends and family.

We are now settled in Osaka. As a MARRIED COUPLE.

This truly feels like a fairytale. I wouldn't want my life to be like anything else. I'm eternally grateful.

          	I love you, Ryo<3
You're my favourite Gift in this life.

PS: Leaving for our honeymoon to Prague and later to Budapest

I'm going to India this December for a work trip!!! It's been over a decade since I went there..I love the people, the celebrations, the sites and temples, and most importantly, the food!
I'll be going to Mumbai and Jaipur with my colleagues. Ryo, my fiance, might be joining me too. I'm super excited!
          Namaste
