New chapter of My Truth In A World Of Lies is out now!

Since I can't sleep, I tried continuing chapter 17 of MTIAWOL. I wrote a few paragraphs, but have to turn parts of them into dialogues bc otherwise it's gonna be a bit boring to read. This is only the second section of the chapter, so I still have a while to go. I really don't wanna spend months without updating again, but I feel a little disconnected from BLACKPINK even if I love my story. They're coming back soon, so hopefully it's my final push to be consistent again.

Just a little update bc I feel bad for not updating. I started working by the end of October and it's been a little overwhelming but I'm one of the best agents of my wave so that's good. I don't like the job itself (call center) but it pays well, so let's see how long I'll last. the topic is very heavy. 

I wrote a lil of the next MTIAWOL chapter. I tried it 'cause I was waiting for my gf to return from a job interview and I was at a café alone. I had finished my food and I tried it out. I tend to write while I'm waiting for something. Back in 2016, I would write my fanfic while I waited for my dentist to attend me jshd It was so nostalgic and familiar, time also passed faster. I hope I feel like writing whenever I'm free now that I've taken another step into that chapter. I really want to update for you guys, it's been forever. 

So much new info about Lisa and Jennie's first encounter. I should be fixing chapter 1 sometime soon. 

No promises yet in terms of updating soon, but I'm gonna try to get inspired again by watching BLACKPINK videos or listening to the songs I used in the fanfic. "Butterfly* always gets me in the feels.
          
          I published 'My Truth In A World Of Lies' on BLACKPINK's fourth anniversary last year and I really wanted to update on Pride month and also on this fanfic's birthday, but life's just been busy — finishing all my courses, staying home alone for a month without any experience on anything, having to take care of my dog, my birthday, and checking in on my grandma every week now that my sister moved out of the country and won't be able to anymore in person. That's just some of the big things. 
          
          I'll just share the happy news out of all my messy hiatus. I actually got a girlfriend and now I know how all the things I wrote about feel like. I met her through Twitter thanks to the BLACKPINK fandom, and she's honestly so amazing, talented and thoughtful. She really inspires to be a better version of myself. There's no one better I could have asked for to be my girlfriend. Before, I only knew what being in love felt like, but said "love" was for someone that wasn't there anymore, a ghost that didn't see me that way. I never imagined how good it'd feel to have your feelings reciprocated. I honestly believed I would be alone for another two decades or at least until I moved out of my country. I thought no one would ever see the great in me, but she did and I'm so happy.
