“We’re all architects of our own private hell.
No one can hurt us like we’ve hurt ourselves.” -- Young Guns, Bones
Hello, I'm Eyes.
If you're homophobic, please, please, PLEASE get off of my profile because let's get one thing straight . . . I'm not.
These short stories are essentially going to be a small compilation of metaphorical stories, quote-based tales, and poetry.
Writing is one of my favorite ways to release built up emotion -- so my stories won't always be happy or light. No, I'm not "emo", though I do love dark colors, and I am still not technically a happy person, although I am much happier than I used to be.
I LOVE music, especially bands and artists such as
Halestorm
Mayday Parade
Evanescence
Breaking Benjamin
My Chemical Romance
Thriving Ivory
Jenna Anne
Black Veil Brides
Tonight Alive
Kelly Clarkson
The Cranberries
Seether
Rascal Flatts
Green Day
Sixx A.M.
Vienna Teng
Within Temptation
Florence + the Machine
Death Cab for Cutie
Adam Lambert
Falling in Reverse
Lindsey Stirling
Pierce the Veil
Imagine Dragons
Sleeping With Sirens
Christina Perri
Black Sabbath
Coldplay
Bella Ferraro
All Time Low
Paramore
Maroon 5
The Script
Alesana
And many, many more.
Don't hesitate to send me your work, whether you just want me to read it, or if you want me to edit it or give you critique.
Don't trust too much.
Don't love too much.
Don't hope too much.
Because that "too much" can hurt you so much.
Always make sure that if that person were to leave, you can survive on your own. People will come and go, but you will always be there.

I've taken down most of my works, including all of my poetry save for one and a short story, as well as Songs For Her. I will no longer be posting anything online except for some of my short stories.
