Is it normal to cough throughout the day, feel like shit every time I do, but feel fine otherwise?? I literally feel like I'm coughing my lungs out every time, but I feel completely fine afterwards. Tell me if this is normal or not??? Second day of this btw

Today at school in my English class, we had 7 minutes to write about our experiences with loneliness and the effects it can have, and I think I accidentally poured my heart and soul into it- one of the options was to describe online loneliness, and I brought up a friend that hasn't spoken to me for awhile, @Mincraft_player , please talk to me... and then there as a section for loneliness at home, school, and with friends or family. I really just went with it and described my personal experience with loneliness, including how it made me have bad thoughts and I would think lowly of myself, wondering if I was good enough. But I'm pretty sure I'm okay..! Probably just mentally and physically tired.

@ArcticCircle2414 I cannot tell if they hated us, hated the music, hated the teacher, hated that they were missing a subject perhaps, or anything else.. probably the music. It was literally for pre-schoolers. “MIXED UP COLORS, BEAUTIFUL COLORS, SWIRLING ALL AROUND, LOTS OF COLORS, BEAUTIFUL COLORS, ALL AROUND THE TOWN, RED, YELLOW BLUE, MAKES ME SAY “OOH”” someone said “Makes me say UWU” which is..interesting.
