@AreiaTheWarlike no, never. i wouldn't be surprised if those people aren't even actual people. cause i've had multiple experiences when i would say, 'i don't have social media', and then the person would reply with me with like, 'tell me your username for [social media]' and they would repeatedly ask me over and over again, and if id say, 'can you just talk here?' they would say like 'contact me on [social media]' 
            if you do want help on your stories or help designing a cover on wattpad, i'd suggest asking someone who publicly says they do that on their message board or bio and has a graphic shop already (graphic shops usually dont charge money just follows or adding their books to a public reading list or voting) for cover designing. as for help on the actual story id suggest just asking tips from other authors on wattpad who's books you read or having an author friend on wattpad or otherwise read over your work
