Hey Everyone, We’ve officially abandoned our powerless igloo of a house and moved into a hotel, where—praise be—there is heat, electricity, and most importantly (according to my teens) WiFi. The kids have finally recovered from their near-death experience of being unplugged for days, though I suspect they’ll be telling this tragic tale for years to come. On my end, things are a little more complicated. My mom, who has dementia, is struggling with the sudden change in our routine, which has made everything… let’s call it interesting. Between caring for her, shuttling the teens to their activities (from 20 minutes further away), and trying to remember what a normal schedule looks like, I’m squeezing in writing time where I can. The good news? I should have a chapter for both Broken Misery and Twisted Fate ready by the end of the day. Thank you all for your patience and support—it truly means the world. Life loves throwing curveballs, but at least now I can catch them somewhere warm. Stay cozy, and I’ll have updates for you soon! Much love, Ariana
