I figured this would be easier: about your piercing, could you explain a bit? are you using an alcohol-based cleaner? they tend to dry out the "wound" (for lack of a better term) and they lose some flexibility so they can crack and bleed.

Hmm. It could be that when you put them back in there was scar tissue and you pierced through it when you put them back in so in a sense, they have to heal again. Is there some swelling or tenderness? If so, I'd get some sterile saline wipes and clean it once or twice a day until it calms down. It doesn't take as long if it's a reopening, or at least that's how it was for me. Only took about four to six weeks for my re-stretched lobe piercings to chill out (and I would sometimes find blood crusties on them those first few weeks). Another thing to check is if they're too tight as that can sometimes cause them to bleed. If neither of those things...I'd talk to a professional about it. I'm afraid that's all I know from my own experiences with my piercings. ^^;

@psybon ok. I would be wearing my ear ring and suddenly my piercing would bleed. I also dont use any cleaners whatsoever. Also i stopped wearing them for 1/2 a year.
